The New Brunswick Morgan Club was formed to promote the care and interest of the Morgan Horse as the ideal family horse. To enhance and preserve the romance of the breed.To foster friendship and goodwill between Morgan owners through show participation, demonstration, and fun activities. To promote a public image of the versatile Morgan Horse. To co-operate with other breed associations and agricultural groups to develope the interests of the light horse industry in New Brunswick and Canada.

The New Brunswick Morgan Horse Club is an affilate member of the Canadian Morgan Horse Association. It is a part of the Atlantic Zone which includes New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.

Meetings

The New Brunswick Morgan Horse Club holds two general meetings each year. The Annual General meeting is held on the fourth Sunday of February. The Semi-Annual General meeting is held on the fourth Sunday of October.

Meetings are generaly  held in Sussex, New Brunswick at the Department of New Brunswick Agricultural Building , 701 Main Street.
